I/We acknowledge that person(s) listed on the registration details must be 18 years or over and will be required to be present  at the time of check in and provide a photo identification(1) and credit card to confirm their identity. I/We acknowledge that Adelaide Apartment may put a pre authorisation on the credit card for the duration of the stay. Adelaide Apartment reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time if insufficient /misleading details are provided.
 
(1) Photo identification can be in the form or a photo drivers license and or valid passport.
(2) Refund of outstanding monies will be determined in accordance with Adelaide Apartment cancellation policy.

(3) WiFi if requested will be charged to the credit card at the rate of $20.00 per 24 hrs

(4) Local phone calls will be charged at 60 cents a call

(5) If the property in left in an un ordely state and requires excessive cleaning a fee of $60.00 ph  will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

4 weeks plus - 50% refund minus 1.2% merchant charge cost.
2-4 weeks - 10% refund fee.
Less than 2 weeks - No refund.
