I/We acknowledge that person(s) listed on the registration details must be 18 years or over and will be required to be present at the time of check in and provide a photo identification(1) and credit card to confirm their identity. I/We acknowledge that South Tce Apartments may put a pre authorisation on the credit card for the duration of the stay.If a deposit is paid we authorise South Tce Apartments to charge the balance to the credit card a month before the check in date . South Tce Apartments reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time if insufficient /misleading details are provided. If a deposit is chosen at time of booking the balance must be paid a month before your checkin date or property maybe re listed. Only the number of guests entered at the time of the booking are to stay at the property.Furniture and Bedding confirguration is not to be moved around or a fee will apply .
As this property is non smoking a fee will be charged to the credit card if smoking is found to of taken place in the property.Any property damage will be charged to the credit card .When making a booking in order for the booking to proceed you will have to acknowledge that you abide and have read our terms and conditions
(1) Photo identification can be in the form or a photo drivers license and or valid passport.
(2) Refund of outstanding monies will be determined in accordance with South Tce Apartments cancellation policy.
(3) WiFi $5.00 p/n per computer we ask that you do not use excessive downloads or uploads as a fee will apply of $20.00 per day
(4) If the property in left in an un ordely state and requires excessive cleaning a fee of $60.00 ph will be charged.
(5) Depending on the payment method a refundable bond of $200 will be applied to the tariiff
Cancellation Policy
5 weeks plus - 50% refund minus 1.2% merchant charge cost.
4+ weeks - 10% refund fee.
Less than 4 weeks - No refund
